The company is introducing Rano Rice, a high-quality, locally produced rice brand, to the Nigerian market.
In his statement Auwal Abdullahi Rano post in hist X page said The objectives of this initiative is to bring about significant step towards empowering local farmers, creating jobs, and building a stronger, self-reliant Nigeria.

AA Rano is to commence production of Parboiled Rice in Dawakin Kudu LGA, Kano, Northern Nigeria. This facility will serve as a hub for the production and distribution of Rano Rice to various parts of the country.
After decades of operating in the oil and gas sector, AA Rano is expanding his operations to include agriculture.
