The Chairman of Gwarzo Local Government, Dr. Mani Tsoho Gwarzo, welcome new district head Alh Bello Abubakar Gwarzo today .
In his remarks chairman, praised the outgoing district head Alhaji Shehu Kabiru Bayero, for his numerous achievements during his 18-year tenure, including building of Juma’at mosques, and Islamic schools,to the community.
Dr. Gwarzo expressed confidence that the new district head will continue to build on the foundations laid by his predecessor, especially in the areas of security, healthcare, and education.
He assured the new district head of his administration’s support and cooperation.
The representative of the Emir of Kano, Malam Muhammad Sunusi II , Madakin Kano Alhaji Yusuf labahani urged the people of Gwarzo to support the new district head and work together to ensure the continued progress and development of the local government.
The new district head Alhaji Bello Abubakar Gwarzo, thanked the people for their warm welcome and promised to work tirelessly to improve the lives of the people of Gwarzo.
The outgoing district head Alhaji Shehu Kabiru Bayero, also urged the people to support the new district head and ensure his success.
In his vote of thanked, the Director personnel Management of the area Alhaji Ubale Magaji, commended the effort of outgoing district head Alhaji Shehu Kabiru Bayero for his contribution toward the development of the area.
The event was attended by dignitaries, including the Wambai of Ringim district head of Babura, Magajin Rafin Kano, Chairman of Gabasawa Local Government, Village and Ward heads of Gabasawa and Shanono local governments and former Senator Bello Hayatu Gwarzo, among others.
