Madobi Local Government Council has successfully swearing-in ceremony for its newly appointed Council Secretary, Supervisory Councilors, and Special Advisers
This milestone event marks a significant step towards strengthening the council’s administrative capacity and enhancing service delivery to the community.
The ceremony, which took place at the Local Government Secretariat Premises, was attended by dignitaries and stakeholders from across the local government area.
The oath of office was administered to the newly appointed officials by Magistrate Nadiya Ado Sale, who pledged to discharge their duties with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
The Council Secretary will brings a wealth of experience in public administration and governance while Supervisory Councilors were appointed to oversee various portfolios, including education, health, agriculture, Community,Works, Wash, Planning Research And Statistics PRS department.
Similarly, Special Advisers will provide support to the Council Chairman and other officials in their duties.
Those sworn in among others are : Alhaji Salisu S. Bala Kauran Mata as Council Secretary, Usama Shuaibu Burji as Supervisory Councilor on Agricultulture. Sulaiman Musa Saleh as Special adviser on Agriculture, as well as Nasir Suleiman Nasir Kwankwaso as special adviser on Information and public enlightenment.
In his Speech, the council Chairman Hon Suleiman Dan Azumi, Said Madobi Local Government Council remains committed to delivering on its mandate and improving the lives of its citizens, adding that this swearing-in ceremony marks a new chapter in the council’s history.
Dan Azumi also urge on the newly appointees to come and Joint hand together to move the area forward.
Also Speaking, the NNPP Cocus Chairman of the local government Alhaji Habib Hassan EL-Yakub who spook through Alhaji Musa Salisu Kwankwaso advised the newly appointees to work diligently in the discharge of their duties for rapid development of Madobi local Government area.
