The chief Imam of Alfurqaan mosque Dr Bashir Aliyu Umar said that the Contributory Healthcare scheme is in line with the teaching of Islam which always encouraged people to unite in helping the needy among them.

The statement was made on Thursday during the Ramadan Tafseer when the management team of KSCHMA visited the mosque to address the public on the benefits of the scheme, and how the wealthy ones can help the poor by sponsoring their health access through the scheme.
The Director programmes Dr. Abdullahi Sa’ad represented the Executive Secretary and delivered a brief presentation on the programmes and benefit package of the scheme.
THE TIME HAUSA reported that The Imam urged the public to patronize the program and explained the origin of contribution to help the needy during the time of prophet Muhammad S.A.W.and how the prophet encouraged it among the companions.
