NAWOJ Chairperson Urges Wealthy Individuals to Support the Needy for a Better Society
The Chairperson of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Kano State Chapter, Comrade Bahijja Malam Kabara, has called on affluent members of society to step up efforts in providing assistance to the less privileged. This, she noted, would help alleviate the hardship many people are currently facing.
In a statement made available to the press, Comrade Bahijja Kabara emphasized that the involvement of wealthy individuals in supporting the needy would significantly ease societal challenges. She also urged women to prioritize both Islamic and Western education for their children, stressing that educating the younger generation is crucial for the overall development of society.
