
The Executive Secretary Kano State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (KSCHMA) Dr Rahila Aliyu Muktar disclosed this while declared open a 3day capacity building to KSCHMA staff on effective utilisation of Microsoft office suite to boost productivity and efficiency in their daily tasks at Haitel Hotel Kano.
Dr Rahila said the participants will be inculcated with a comprehensive integration of digital technologies, data analysis and innovative processes to enhance the delivery of healthcare services.
The training aimed at enhancing staff proficiency in Microsoft office applications, increase efficiency in data management, analysis and visualisation as well as develop skills in creating engaging presentation and reports.
