The Chairman of Kano Pillars Football Team, Alh Babangida Umar Little has commended Kano state government for its maximum support and assistance to Sai Masu Gida at all times.
Alh Babangida Little made the commendation on Sunday while briefing newsmen shortly after the team’s victory against Rivers United fc in the season four match held at Sani Abacha stadium, Kofar Mata, Kano.
The Pillars chairman appreciated the tremendous support of Kano football fans to Said Masu Gida at home and away matches.
He pointed out that despite the numerous task before the administration of Govern Abba Kabir Yusuf in the provision of infrastructure to the teeming populace, the administration remains resolute in addressing issues affecting sports and youth development.
Alh Babangida Little then called on the Governor give more priority to youth activities especially sports, in view of position in global politics.
