NASU,Northwest University Kano Branch Seeks Action Over Brutal Murder of Their Staff .

The Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU), Northwest University Kano Branch, has expressed deep shock and outrage over the brutal murder of its esteemed member, Buhari Imam, a staff member of Northwest University Kano.
This was contained in a Statement Sign on Friday ,by Comrade Bashir Muhammad Bala CNA Chairman NASU Northwest University Kano state branch
Muhammad Bala explained that,Buhari Imam was viciously attacked with a knife at approximately 3:30 am on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, in Sheka Sabuwar Abuja, Kumbotso Local Government Area, Kano State. he sustained severe stomach injuries and was rushed to Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH), where he tragically succumbed to his injuries on Friday, June 13, 2025.
The NASU Chairman Northwest University Kano Branch however said , they’re demanding that the Kano State Government and relevant security agencies take immediate and decisive action to Conduct a Thorough Investigation into the circumstances surrounding Buhari Imam’s death.
And also Identify, apprehend, and prosecute the perpetrators responsible for this heinous crime.
Northwest University also demand Support for his Family through compensation to the family of the deceased, who leaves behind an elderly mother and four siblings.
